  • Promote adoption of delivery best practices in project governance, Agile delivery, change control, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure traceability across requirements, test cases, and delivery milestones through effective documentation and collaboration tools.

Must-Have Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience coordinating technical or digital projects, preferably within FinTech, digital banking, or SaaS-based environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, or equivalents.

  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models, and experience working directly with developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams.

  • Ability to synthesize complex project details into clear updates, manage competing priorities, and escalate blockers appropriately.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation skills.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with digital payment systems, open banking APIs, cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure), or data platforms.

  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in FinTech such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, or anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks.

  • Background in vendor management, third-party system integration, or FinTech compliance reporting.

  • Experience supporting digital transformation or customer experience initiatives in a FinTech or banking setting.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Hybrid schedule: 4-days per week in-office at a Markham FinTech hub.

  • Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

  • High-performance, innovation-driven team environment with a collaborative and fast-paced culture.

  • Access to emerging tech stack and client-facing solutions shaping the future of finance.
